Paul L. Herron, Esq.

Over the past 45 years, Mr. Herron’s career has encompassed a wide variety of areas of practice giving him a unique perspective on the nature of the law and assisting clients in accomplishing their legal goals. The larger percentage of his legal work relates to all phases of the alcohol beverage business, including purchase and sales transactions, licensing and enforcement matters. Paul has represented businesses, both large and small in the food and beverage industry. His clients have included some of the premier chefs and restaurateurs in the Philadelphia area, as well as real estate developers, designer and contractors in the restaurant and tavern field.
