As a practicing attorney for over 45 years, I take great pride
in the reputation I have established as a committed and
hardworking advocate for the clients I represent. I am well

Over the past forty-five (45) years, Paul’s career has encompassed a wide variety of areas of practice giving him a unique perspective on the nature of the law and assisting clients in accomplishing their legal goals.  Paul has engaged in countless transactional and litigation matters and most recently, has focused his practice on two (2) main areas of the law. 

The larger percentage of his legal work relates to all phases of the alcohol beverage business, including purchase and sales transactions, licensing, and enforcement matters. He has negotiated the sale and purchase of hundreds of businesses and Pennsylvania liquor licenses and has an intimate knowledge of the workings of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, the administrative agency that governs all alcohol beverage matters in Pennsylvania. 

Paul has represented businesses, both large and small in the food and beverage industry.  His clients have included some of the premier chefs and restauranteurs in the Philadelphia area, as well as real estate developers, designers and contractors in the restaurant and tavern field. 

Paul has represented a comprehensive variety of licensees including restaurants, beer distributors, breweries, distilleries, hotels, and public arts facilities.  He receives referrals from attorneys, lenders, trades peoples, and business brokers.  Paul has often acted as an expert in valuations of liquor licenses within the five (5) county Philadelphia area.

In addition to the matters involving the beverage business, Paul continues to handle a number of workers’ compensation cases, vigorously pursuing remedies for injured Claimants.

Paul grew up in the Philadelphia area and received his BA in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.  He was awarded a juris doctor from the University of Miami in Florida. He is admitted to the State and Federal Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Justice, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
